We do not have a business center. However, we provide a computer in every guest room with complimentary internet access, complete with Microsoft Office products provided through SuiteLinq. Guests can print directly from the guest room to the front desk and our front desk team is happy to assist with additional requests.

We do not have a pool on premises, but our guests are welcome to visit our sister property, the Hotel Monaco Alexandria, for complimentary access.

We have a full-service spa on premises, open Monday-Saturday (9 a.m. – 8 p.m.) and Sundays (10am – 6pm).

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
Answer
We do not offer shuttle service to/from the airport. However, we are located just over a block from the King Street Metro station which is two stops from the Ronald Reagan Airport/DCA Metro station. We are also a short 10 minute cab ride from the airport. The front desk staff is available 24 hours a day should you have any additional questions.

You will need to contact a representative from the website in which you booked your reservation.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy and require an advanced deposit for extended stay reservations.

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
Answer
The Tasting Room is available for both lunch and dinner, open seven days a week (11:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m., often later on weekends).

BRABO by Robert Wiedmaier serves breakfast Monday – Saturday (7 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.), and Sundays (7 a.m. – 11 a.m.). The restaurant serves dinner Monday – Saturday (5:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) and Sundays (5:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.)

Accounting

Please call the hotel direct and ask to speak with an accounting representative.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
Answer
A valid credit card is required to check into the hotel. Payments in cash or travelers checks are accepted at check-out. We do not accept personal checks.

Pets

Question
Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Answer
We do allow pets, there are no restrictions. We do request that you complete a pet form during registration and that you keep your pet caged or out of the room during housekeeping service. Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?

You may request a pet free room. If possible, please advise at time of booking.

Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?

We do not offer these services, but our front desk staff will be happy to assist you in making arrangements.

One step out the front door! Old Town Alexandria is a very pet-friendly neighborhood.
